About Love and Breakups

Welcome to Love and Breakups — a space for when love hurts, heartbreak lingers, and healing is messy. You are not alone here.

My Story: The Heart Behind the Blog

I’m A. Zada. By day, I’m a computer professional, navigating deadlines, career pressures, and a constant hustle that often made my own relationships complicated — and sometimes left me feeling like the fool. Over 25 years, I’ve lived through the dizzying highs, the devastating lows, and all the messy in-betweens of love.

This blog is born from that real, lived experience. You won’t find textbook theories or empty clichés here. Instead, we explore love’s raw and complicated side with honesty, empathy, and practical guidance for relationship recovery, emotional abuse recovery, and heartbreak healing.

Our Mission: Feel Everything. Heal Your Way.

We don’t believe in “just moving on.” Our mission is simple: hold space for your emotions without judgment.

“Feel everything. Process it fully. Take your time. Your feelings are valid, and healing is yours to own.”

Whether you’re healing from your first heartbreak or rebuilding after a decades-long relationship, this is your sanctuary.
