About Love and Breakups

Welcome to Love and Breakups — a space for when love hurts, heartbreak lingers, and healing is messy. You are not alone here.

My Story: The Heart Behind the Blog

I’m A. Zada. By day, I work with computers, juggling deadlines, career stress, and a constant hustle. “All of that sometimes made my relationships messy — and yes, I’ve felt like a fool more than once.” Over 25 years, I’ve felt the thrilling highs, the painful lows, and all the messy moments in between when it comes to love.

This blog is born from that real, lived experience. You won’t find boring theories or empty clichés here. Instead, I share the raw, complicated side of love — the fights, heartbreaks, misunderstandings, and “what was I thinking?” moments — with honesty, empathy, and practical tips.

This site is for information and entertainment, a place to laugh, learn, and maybe even cry a little, as we explore relationship recovery, emotional abuse healing, and getting over heartbreak together.

Our Mission: Feel Everything. Heal Your Way.

We don’t believe in “just moving on.” Our mission is simple: hold space for your emotions without judgment.

Feel everything. Process it fully. Take your time. Your feelings are valid, and healing is yours to own.

Whether you’re healing from your first heartbreak or rebuilding after a decades-long relationship, this is your sanctuary.
